Acme Nevada Overview
Located 18 miles northeast of Hawthorne in Mineral County, Nevada, Acme was a railroad station on the Nevada & California Railway.
I have searched through online newspapers and cannot find any references in the resources that are available.
There are no remains of the station town’s existence.
Acme Nevada History
The Fitting District, which was about seven miles north, was home to multiple copper mines and the station town was established to support the district.
The town was platted but folded before it was developed further.
