Basic Climbing lessons with experienced climber D.K.-classes are all lecture based, meant to give new interested climbers more building blocks for a solid foundation of climbing knowledge.
1) Covers Hold types and Beta technique names
2) Addresses using class 1 knowledge to read move effectively on the wall.
3) Covers different training types and basic injury prevention/recognition.
4)Miscellaneous info about being a part of the climbing community, gear, and any extra questions.
Climbing lessons are currently by appointment. $25 per or $80 for all 4. Contact NCC to book.
