We will meet at Red Rock in the West garage on the NW corner of the 3rd floor at 7:30.I do not social distance or wear face coverings.
Boyscout Canyon is located on the NV side of the Colorado River. The majority of the canyon consists of hiking but the technical section contains a 350′ rappel. You should be comfortable with adjusting friction while on rappel and proficient in self-rescue techniques. It is the most scenic canyon in this area.

Wear shoes you don’t mind getting wet because you WILL be walking in water! We will hike down to the river and there are many spots you will get your feet wet…but the water is very warm!
If you are so inclined, you may want a bathing suit.

The hike out is strenuous and packed with lots of Class 3+ scrambling with exposure.

I will be adding from the waitlist.

Let me know if you have a 4WD vehicle and are willing to drive so I can add people.

Rating – 3AIII

Time – 6-8 Hours

Rappels – 2-3

Longest Rappel – 350 ft
