Devil’s Peak Trail is a short but challenging trail in the southern end of Nevada. Several difficult obstacles will challenge any Jeep, no matter how modified. This trail is not for a stock Jeeps. LEVEL 7 – TRAIL. The trail is usually run to the top of the pass, but there is more to the trail for those who wish to explore. Expect scraping and some damage even on lifted Jeeps. Careful spotting is a must. This is one of the more popular “extreme” trails run in the Las Vegas area. The route shown on this map shows it from the take off point near Jean, however the trail itself is just a little over a mile – but that mile is a doozy!

I am an outdoor enthusiast who would rather be on a backcountry backpacking trip than a stroll on the beach (although I do love the beach!).
Living in Las Vegas has afforded me the opportunity to easily explore the Southwest region of the United States.
A nature lover, I am often found at the end of the pack taking photos and videos of the wildlife found on the trails. Colorful flowers, desert animals, and unusual geological rock formations are often the majority of my photos.
