Ferber Resort at Zion National Park

Located just a half a mile from the Zion Nation Park entrance, it’s a great campground offering campers shaded camping spots with additional amenities such as a swimming pool and showers.

Ferber Resort at Zion National Park Overview

Ferber Resort at Zion National Park is my favorite place to camp while in the area.

We used to go with a group of campers who were mixed with tents and RVs. They accommodated us by placing our RV spots and rent spots near one another to make our meals and fun time easier. If you are with a group, be sure each person that books (if done separately) request to stay near each other as they will normally honor your request if space is available near each other.

I prefer to stay on campsites near the river as I love to hear the sound while trying to go to sleep.

Another advantage of being near the river is if you are floating it makes it easier to carry the floats. We would drive our cars down the river and shuttle back up to the campground so that the return to camp was easier than trekking up the road.

A few years ago they updated their restrooms and showers, which are very nice at the end of a long hiking day.
