Old School Pizzeria

My husband has a new favorite spot for lunch and we have joined him there a few times at Old School Pizzeria locate in North Las Vegas.  It’s very close to his office and he must go more than he admits since everyone that works there is VERY friendly with him {or maybe they are that way with everyone}.

Since I am on my Burrata Cheese kick he told me I need to join him for lunch on a Tuesday to enjoy their Bruschetta daily special. They serve burrata cheese on homemade bread, oven cured tomatoes {they are in the oven for over 3 hours!}, olive oil, and aged balsamic vinegar.
Old School PizzeriaDon’t think of visiting Old School Pizzeria on Sunday or Monday as they are closed. We pick the day of the week we visit based on what the lunch specials are for the day and Tuesday normally wins although gnocchi day I just might have to try.
Old School PizzeriaThe ambiance is fun with how they have decorated the restaurant using simple items that work. Glass jars to hold the flatware, unique glass jars for your pizza condiments, and the use of wood with leather.
Old School PizzeriaI love what they have done to make seating in areas where they couldn’t place traditional seating. Don’t you love the “chef’s table” as seen above?Old School Pizzeria While I am not a HUGE fan of pizza, I will admit that they have pretty darn good crust and if you read above, this could be the reason why. They make everything fresh and when they run out… they run out. {Don’t hate.}

We didn’t order cannoli today but have in the past and while we missed out on it during this visit, don’t miss it on yours!
