Point of Rocks Boardwalk at Ash Meadows

The Point of Rocks Boardwalk at Ash Meadows winds through groves of mesquite trees and crosses over the springs containing the famous pupfish. The length of the boardwalk is approximately 0.5 miles round trip and is wheelchair accessible. No bicycles allowed.

Benches are provided at King’s Pool for you to enjoy lunch and watch the pupfish frolic in the crystal blue waters. This species of fish has survived in these waters since mammoths roamed the area and this is the only place in the world they exist.
