The Yoacham Ranch was established by 1872 as that is the first mention of the ranch I have found in newspapers.
Yoacham Nevada History
The post office was named after the first postmaster, Susan Lillian”Susie” Yoacham, whose family was the owner of Yoacham Ranch.
Not a lot has been found from my usual historical resources.
